Reservation terms:
– Two nights deposit is due within 10 days of booking
– Reservation balance is due 30 days before arrival date

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
– Cancellation notice must be provided in writing to Costa de Cocos
– Notice given more than 20 days before arrival – full refund issued
– Notice given 1-20 days before arrival – 1 night charged
– Day of arrival – no refunds given
– Trip insurance is recommended
